How do payments actually work?
The easiest path is Upwork — milestone-based contracts with built-in escrow. You only release payment once a milestone is delivered. For long-term retainers I also accept direct bank transfers (USD, GBP, AED) once we've worked together a couple of months. Both routes are fine — pick what feels safer for you.
One-off projects start from a single milestone — could be a few hundred dirhams. Retainers usually run monthly with a 1-month minimum for most services, and 3 months for SEO (because real SEO results don't show up in 30 days). You can pause or end any retainer with two weeks' notice.
Usually within 3–5 working days from your first message. The discovery call is same week, proposal arrives within 24 hours, and once you sign I block onboarding in the next 2–3 days. If something is urgent, mention it on WhatsApp and I'll see if I can move things faster.
I'm based in Dubai (GST · UTC+4) but I keep flexible hours. I overlap comfortably with EU mornings, UK afternoons and US East Coast mornings. For a USA West Coast client I usually do a late-day check-in. Replies happen within a few hours during your working window — never a multi-day silence.
Yes — happy to sign a standard NDA before any access is shared. If you don't have one, I can send a simple two-page mutual NDA. Anything I see (sales numbers, customer data, supplier names) stays confidential by default, NDA or not.
Yes. Pause anytime with a few days' notice (Ramadan, slow season, brand pause — happens). End anytime with two weeks' notice. No long contracts, no exit fees. The goal is for you to keep using me because the work is good — not because you're locked in.
Yes. 3-month commitments get ~10% off the monthly rate, and 6-month commitments get ~15%. Bulk product uploads (500+ items) and bulk content packs (20+ designs) also get unit-price discounts — mention the volume on the discovery call.
Send the brief over on WhatsApp. If it's adjacent to what I do (eCommerce ops, marketing, content, customer support), there's a good chance I can either handle it or refer you to someone trusted. I'd rather say "not the right fit" honestly than try to do something I'm not great at.
